PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE ANYTIME, NO REFUND ON PRICE DIFFERENCE.

PHYSICALLY DAMAGED PACKAGE MUST BE REPORTED TO UPS/USPS BY CUSTOMER IMMEDIATELY.

RETURN FOR REFUND MUST BE CLAIMED WITHIN SEVEN DAYS AFTER RECEIPT FROM UPS/USPS WITHOUT ANY EXCEPTIONS.

CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FREIGHT CHARGE TO RETURN MERCHANDISE.

WARRANTY PERIOD IS BASED ON CALENDAR DAYS (NOT WORKING DAYS).

WARRANTY:

Unless specified, most products we are selling are excess inventory purchased from Texas Instrument. No matter it is new or used, we give a Seven-Days Warranty against the functional defect (we reserve the rights to determine that). Claim must be made within seven days after receipt from UPS/USPS without any exceptions.

DELIVERY:

Normally, order comes in before 11AM (Monday to Friday) will be shipped at 4PM. We only provide Ground Shipping Service. Normally, we use UPS. For lighter or smaller items, we will use USPS. Before place order, please be prepared for the delivery time from 2 days & up (depends on destination).

RETURN:

Any merchandise return must receive a Return Merchandise Acceptance Number (RMA #) from us before shipping. RMA# must be on the returned package. RMA# will be expired after fourteen days from the date issued. Returned package with an expired RMA# will be rejected. Returned package shipped via any non-traceble way is at customer's own risk.
